𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗗𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗧 (𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝟭𝟵𝟲𝟭)

Kate is a very strong Royalist and strongly supports the monarchy. She lives in West Midlands but grew up in various places as her dad was RAF.

She very kindly shared the following with me….

On 09 May 2005 we had a visit from the Queen and Prince Phillip to celebrate liberation from German Occupation in Guernsey. The queen travelled all around and we all went down to see her and join in the celebrations.

On 11 June 2007 we saw Princess Anne when she was opening The Royal Court Complex in St Peter Port in Guernsey. There were 3-400 school children there to meet her too. After opening the complex Princess Anne walked down through the town and she slipped over (the bailiffs tried to help her but she told them to move away). She continued through town to visit the Performing Arts Centre at The Gullies Library. Princess Anne is the kind of lady that stops for a brief chat but doesn’t shake peoples hands, she just gracefully continues on with her Royal duties.
